Here are some of the most common questions we get asked:

Q: Are prices in Canadian or American dollars?
A: We are located in Canada and all prices are listed in Canadian currency.  Visa/Mastercard will automatically calculate the necessary currency exchange for American and International customers.  

Q: Do you ship to the U.S.?
A:  Absolutely, we ship worldwide.

Q: Can I shop in person?
A:  Our warehouse is located in Pickering, Ontario, about 20 minutes east of Toronto.  We don't have regular retail hours, but you can phone us at 1-866-REF-STUFF to make an appointment.

Q: What if the product doesn't fit?  Can I return it?
A:  Absolutely.  Customer satisfaction is our number one goal.  We will gladly exchange the item for the correct size or refund your purchase price.  The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the returned and replacement goods.  Please call us at 1-866-REF-STUFF or email to refstuff@rogers.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number to put on the package.  Returns without a Return Authorzation Number will not be accepted.   

Q: How are shipping charges calculated?
A:  Shipping charges are based on the value of your order.
